Platform Terms and Conditions of Use hbo9 Malaysia

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") are a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "Member") and hbo9 ("Company", "we", or "hbo9") regarding the use of the online casino and sports betting platform at hbo9.vin ("Platform").

You are solely responsible for:

• Ensuring no other party uses your account without authorisation.
• Notify hbo9 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

Closure by hbo9: hbo9 reserves the right to suspend or close an account without prior notice if:

• You have breached any terms of this Agreement.
• Hbo9 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Your account has been inactive for more than 12 consecutive months (dormant account).
• Required by a regulatory authority or law enforcement.

For dormant accounts, hbo9 will send a reminder notice to the registered email address before any action is taken. Any balance in a dormant account will be held for a period as defined under hbo9's internal policy.

11. Responsible Gaming
