You are more than just a regular player at hbo9. With our tiered VIP program, every ringgit you wager brings you closer to exclusive benefits, personalised service, and priceless rewards.
The hbo9 VIP program is a tiered rewards system designed to recognise and appreciate the loyalty of our members. Unlike other platforms that offer one-time bonuses, the hbo9 VIP system delivers ongoing benefits that grow with your membership tier.
Every time you play — whether slots, live casino, or sports betting — you automatically accumulate loyalty points. These points are calculated based on your actual wager amount, not just your deposit total. This means the more actively you play, the faster you level up and enjoy greater privileges.
Best of all, the hbo9 VIP Program requires no special application or membership fee. Once you register an account and meet the minimum wagering requirement, you will be automatically upgraded to the appropriate tier. Everything happens within the system — just focus on playing and enjoying the experience.
For members who reach the Platinum, Diamond, and Elite, hbo9 also provides a dedicated personal account manager reachable directly via the mobile app. Your manager will assist you with account inquiries, betting limit management, and handling your personal bonus or reward requests.
The system calculates your points in real time and upgrades your tier automatically with no application needed.
VIP members receive a special birthday gift with no conditions attached.
Higher-tier members enjoy substantially higher betting limits compared to standard accounts.
VIP withdrawal requests are processed with priority and at a faster speed.
Start your journey from Bronze and climb to the pinnacle of privilege at the Elite tier.
The hbo9 points system is designed to be straightforward and fully transparent.
Once your hbo9 account is active, the system will automatically start calculating loyalty points from your very first wager — whether that's slot games, live casino, or sports betting.
Every RM 10 wagered earns 1 loyalty point. Points are calculated based on net wager amount, not your wins or losses. All game categories are eligible to accumulate points.
Open the hbo9 app and go to your profile section to view your current point balance, active VIP tier, and how many more points you need to reach the next level. Everything is updated in real time.
Once your points reach the next tier threshold, your account will be upgraded automatically within 24 hours. You will receive an in-app notification as confirmation.
Upon upgrading, all benefits of your new tier — higher cashback, increased withdrawal limits, and priority service — take effect within the current cycle with no delays.
More than just cashback — this is a truly different gaming experience.
Cashback is credited directly to your wallet every week with no claims required. The cashback rate increases with your VIP tier — from 0.3% for Bronze up to 1.5% for Elite.
Platinum members and above get a personal account manager reachable directly via live chat in the hbo9 app. Your manager understands your gaming habits and is ready to assist with tailored offers.
VIP members enjoy significantly higher daily and weekly withdrawal limits compared to standard accounts. Elite members qualify for unlimited withdrawals, processed with the highest priority.
Hbo9 never forgets your special day. Every VIP member receives a personalized birthday gift tailored to their membership tier — from free bonus credits to physical gifts for Elite members.
Platinum members and above are eligible for exclusive invitations to slot and casino tournaments featuring substantial cash prizes. These events are not publicly advertised — available to selected VIP members only.
Hbo9 VIP accounts come with additional security layers including new device login verification, instant notifications for every transaction, and more flexible self-limit options.
In Malaysia's increasingly crowded online casino market, many players have grown tired of bonus programs loaded with convoluted terms, frustrating withdrawal limits, and slow customer support. The hbo9 VIP program was built on real feedback from the Malaysian player community — we understand what you truly want.
One of the most common frustrations players express is disappointment when cashback or bonuses come with high re-wagering requirements. At hbo9, the VIP cashback you receive is ready-to-use credits with no additional wagering requirements. Use them for gameplay or withdraw — the choice is entirely yours.
Another aspect that sets hbo9 apart from other platforms is the transparency of our points system. Every transaction is updated in real time within your account, and you can see exactly how many points were earned from each gaming session. No surprises, no hidden calculations.
For players competing at a high level, having access to personalised service through a dedicated account manager is an invaluable advantage. hbo9 VIP managers are not ordinary customer support agents — they understand your gaming profile, anticipate your needs, and can handle special requests such as temporary limit increases or customised bonus offers, all within a short turnaround.
Most importantly, the hbo9 VIP program makes no distinction between players based on payment method or preferred game type. Whether you're a dedicated slots fan or a high-stakes baccarat player who loves live casino — every ringgit you wager counts equally in our points system.
